À l’Épi d’Or, a popular family bistro
It is in the first arrondissement, a few steps from the Bourse de Commerce, that Élodie and Jean-François Piège have opened their fifth address, À L’Épi d’Or, a Parisian institution from the 1920s. This establishment, in the pure tradition of popular and family bistro cuisine, offers dishes that are simple, tasty and instantaneous. The menu, deliberately short and following the rhythm of the seasons, offers a different weekly menu with starters, main courses and desserts of the day, as well as unconditional favourites such as pâté en croûte, steak tartare or rice pudding.
