Fleur de sel or Sea salt
If necessary, pluck leaves from the stems and put them in a mortar.
If you buy fresh herbs, you have to dry them gently in the sun.
Grind the herbs finely in a mortar. Mix the spice mixture evenly with salt and fill into small glasses.
You can put the homemade herbal salt together as you like. The ratio should be about 80% salt and 20% herbs.
