Pomada Menorca
Pomada Menorca: The best recipe for Pomada Menorca. A must for every summer dinner party.
Ingredients
- 100 g sugar
- 3 lemons washed and quartered
- 500 ml sparkling water
- 500 g ice cubes
- 250 cl Gin Xoriguer
Instructions
- Place the sugar, the water and cut the lemons in a mixer (I used the Thermomix).
- Mix well until everything is crushed.
- Fill a jug with the ice cubes.
- Sieve the content over the ice cubes.
- Add the gin.
- Pour the drink with some ice cubes in a glass and decorate with some mint and a slice of lemon.
