  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 lemons washed and quartered
  • 500 ml sparkling water
  • 500 g ice cubes
  • 250 cl Gin Xoriguer


  • Place the sugar, the water and cut the lemons in a mixer (I used the Thermomix).
  • Mix well until everything is crushed.
  • Fill a jug with the ice cubes.
  • Sieve the content over the ice cubes.
  • Add the gin.
  • Pour the drink with some ice cubes in a glass and decorate with some mint and a slice of lemon.
